  1. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the rice and sauté quickly and drizzle with water.
  2. Let it cook on low heat and with the pan semi-covered for 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the eggs. In a non-stick skillet, fry the eggs, stirring constantly, until cooked through.
  4. Towards the end of the rice cooking, add the eggs, ham, peas and chop suey, and mix. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. It’s ready to serve!
