Chocolate Muffins

60ml milk

120g flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 box Thins Belgian Chocolate

50g chocolate

60ml cream
Preparation Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Place all the muffin ingredients, except the biscuits, in a large bowl and mix coarsely with a wooden spoon.
- Cut 7 Belgian Chocolate Thin pieces into pieces and add to the muffin mixture.
- Divide the mixture into the muffin tins and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Let cool on a rack at room temperature.
- Cut the remaining biscuits in half and divide them between the muffins.
