Chicken Noodles and Vegetable Chop Suey
Soybean sprouts, ginger and cashews are the ingredients that make the difference. Try this noodles and chop suey recipe.

200 g of onion

200 g of courgette

2 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon of powdered ginger

Cooked and shredded chicken

50 g of cashews

pepper q.b

Preparation Method
- To prepare the vegetable chop suey: cut all the vegetables. The zucchini in cubes and add to the 330gr of chop suey. Then cut the onion into julienne and the crushed garlic.
- In a wok with hot oil, add the garlic, ginger and onion. Let it cook for approximately 3 minutes, then add the courgette and the chop suey vegetable mixture.
- Add the chopped cashews (reserve a part for garnish). Stir and reserve.
- In the same wok, heat 250ml of water and add the noodles when the water is boiling.
- Cook for 3 minutes and stir occasionally with the help of a fork, until the noodles have completely absorbed the broth.
- Serve the noodles along with the vegetable chop suey. Decorate with chopped cashews.
