Chau Chau Noodles
We reinvented an already well-known recipe and gave it a different look. Discover new flavors!
Ingredients

1/2 red pepper

100 g of peas

100 g of ham

1/2 onion

1 egg

200 ml of water
Preparation Method
- Cook the noodles in the amount of water for 3 min.
- Cut the onion into wedges, the peppers, and the ham into cubes.
- In a wok or skillet, lightly sauté the vegetables and ham with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add a little soy sauce, add the noodles and mix everything together.
- Open a clearing, reaching the dough to the side, pour the beaten egg, and stir.
- Involve with the dough.
