Carrot Soup with Honey
Easy ingredients, found year-round, can turn into a delicious soup.
Ingredients

1 finely chopped onions

2 tablespoons of grated ginger

500 g sliced carrots

2 liters of water

1 cup of honey
Preparation Method
- Sauté the onion with the ginger, add the carrot and saute, too.
- Add the water and the beef stock, leaving it on the heat until the carrot softens.
- Let it cool down a bit and mix in a blender. Return to the heat and add 1 cup of honey.
- Let it boil. Serve immediately.
