Carrot Soup with Honey

Easy ingredients, found year-round, can turn into a delicious soup.

Ingredients

  • 1 finely chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons of grated ginger
  • 500 g sliced carrots
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 cup of honey

Preparation Method

  1. Sauté the onion with the ginger, add the carrot and saute, too.
  2. Add the water and the beef stock, leaving it on the heat until the carrot softens.
  3. Let it cool down a bit and mix in a blender. Return to the heat and add 1 cup of honey.
  4. Let it boil. Serve immediately.
