California Sushi Rolls
Is California Roll a Maki? How to make California Rolls – they are a type of maki sushi (rolled sushi).

200g Salmon (or red tuna)

20g fish roe

1 Avocado

1 Cucumber
Preparation Method
- Place 250 g of sushi rice in boiling water. Cook for 10-20 minutes. Drain well and allow to cool. Add 1 tbsp rice vinegar. Mix well.
- Cover the bamboo mat with cling film. Place 1 seaweed leaf on the bamboo mat.
- Place ¼ of the cooked rice in the center and spread until the whole leaf is covered.
- Take the bamboo mat and carefully turn it over. The nori leaf is on top.
- Place the filling (salmon, avocado). Roll up the mat and cut it into 6 to 8 pieces.
- Sprinkle each roll with fish roe and black sesame seeds.
