Preparation Method

  1. Place 250 g of sushi rice in boiling water. Cook for 10-20 minutes. Drain well and allow to cool. Add 1 tbsp rice vinegar. Mix well.
  2. Cover the bamboo mat with cling film. Place 1 seaweed leaf on the bamboo mat.
  3. Place ¼ of the cooked rice in the center and spread until the whole leaf is covered.
  4. Take the bamboo mat and carefully turn it over. The nori leaf is on top.
  5. Place the filling (salmon, avocado). Roll up the mat and cut it into 6 to 8 pieces.
  6. Sprinkle each roll with fish roe and black sesame seeds.
