Butter and almond biscuits

Prepare these almond and butter biscuits with the help of the young ones. Let them roll out the dough or play with the shapes. Thin and tasty!

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a food processor, grind the almonds with the flour, sugar and cinnamon. Add the butter cut into small pieces and grind again until you obtain a sand.
  3. Add the egg yolk, zest and four tablespoons of orange juice and mix again until the mixture clumps together.
  4. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out the biscuits using the moulds.
  6. Arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for about 12 minutes.
