Burger with Avocado Sauce

This homemade burger made with fresh sausages and beef, served with avocado sauce. Ready in just 30 minutes, ideal for a quick dinner. Serve with sweet potato fries.

Ingredients

  • 2 small ripe avocados
  • 1 c. of chopped coriander soup
  • ½ lime
  • 1 package sweet potato fries
  • 2 pcs fresh sausage
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 50 g chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 dessertspoon curry powder
  • 200 g mini sweet pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs

Preparation Method

  1. Skin the sausages and mix them with the minced meat. Add the onion, parsley, and curry.
  2. Clean the mini peppers of seeds, chop them into very small cubes and add half to the meat mixture (reserve the rest).
  3. Add the egg and breadcrumbs and season with a teaspoon of salt and a little pepper.
  4. Mix well, divide into four portions and shape into a disk shape.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet well and cook the burgers on both sides for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove and reserve.
  6. Remove the pulp from the avocados and grind it in a food processor along with the coriander and lime juice.
  7. Place the mixture in a bowl, add the remaining chopped peppers, and season with the remaining teaspoon of salt and a pinch of pepper.
  8. Pour the avocado sauce over the burgers and serve them with the sweet potato.
