Burger with Avocado Sauce
This homemade burger made with fresh sausages and beef, served with avocado sauce. Ready in just 30 minutes, ideal for a quick dinner. Serve with sweet potato fries.
Ingredients

2 small ripe avocados

1 c. of chopped coriander soup

½ lime

1 package sweet potato fries

2 pcs fresh sausage

200 g minced beef

50 g chopped onion

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1 dessertspoon curry powder

200 g mini sweet pepper
-
1 egg
-
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
Preparation Method
- Skin the sausages and mix them with the minced meat. Add the onion, parsley, and curry.
- Clean the mini peppers of seeds, chop them into very small cubes and add half to the meat mixture (reserve the rest).
- Add the egg and breadcrumbs and season with a teaspoon of salt and a little pepper.
- Mix well, divide into four portions and shape into a disk shape.
- Heat a non-stick skillet well and cook the burgers on both sides for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove and reserve.
- Remove the pulp from the avocados and grind it in a food processor along with the coriander and lime juice.
- Place the mixture in a bowl, add the remaining chopped peppers, and season with the remaining teaspoon of salt and a pinch of pepper.
- Pour the avocado sauce over the burgers and serve them with the sweet potato.
