Bruschettas with tomato and basil
Bruschettas originated in Italian cuisine and are served as an “antipasto” – a snack before a meal, prepared with bread and various ingredients. This is a bruschetta with tomatoes, basil and olives.
Ingredients

2 slices of bread

fresh basil
Preparation Method
- Cut the bread diagonally into slices about 1 cm thick.
- Toast them on a grill or in a toaster previously greased with a little olive oil.
- Add the spoonfuls of bruschetta to the basil leaves cut into strips.
- Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and mix well.
- Lightly spread the bread slices with the pesto sauce and distribute the tomato mixture on top.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
