Bread Pudding
Simple and easy, the dessert takes ingredients you probably have at home.
Ingredients

450 g loaf of bread (crustless slices)

100 g butter (at room temperature)

8 dl milk

6 eggs

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

300 g jam (choice)
Preparation Method
- Start by turning the oven on to 180º. Next, spread a baking dish with butter. Prepare six sandwiches with butter and jam, then cut each sandwich into four and place them in layers on the oven dish.
- In a bowl mix the eggs with half the sugar and the cinnamon. Then add the milk little by little stirring constantly.
- Add the milk mixture to the bread, sprinkle with the rest of the sugar, and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes. Remove and leave to cool. It is ready to serve.
