Bowl of raspberries and coconut milk

Fight food waste and choose to freeze the raspberries and bananas that you can’t consume in time to prepare delicious recipes. In this bowl of raspberries with coconut milk, the frozen fruits make all the difference in the texture. Try it out!

Ingredients

  • 300 g frozen raspberries
  • 150 g frozen banana
  • 150 ml of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation Method

  1. Pour the raspberries and banana into a blender.
  2. Add the coconut milk, the chia seeds and the honey and blend until you obtain a thick puree.
  3. Divide the purée between two bowls.
  4. Garnish each of the bowls with the raspberries, the broken hazelnuts, the chopped pistachios, the cocoa nuggets, the grated coconut, the mint leaves and the flowers.
