  1. The first step in preparing this black garlic soup is to peel and slice the black garlic.
  2. In a pan put olive oil until it covers the bottom and brings to low heat. When hot, add the garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes to activate its flavor.
  3. Once the garlic is fried, add the bread and mix it together. Season with paprika and salt to taste and cook until the bread absorbs the oil and starts to brown.
  4. Add the chicken stock and close the lid. As soon as it starts boiling, count for 10 minutes.
  5. At the end of this time, the bread should be soft. Add the eggs without the shell and without beating and cook for 2 minutes, to get a poached egg.
  6. Your black garlic soup is ready! This soup should be served piping hot.
