Azorean style Fried Codfish
Codfish fried in olive oil drizzled with a typical Azorean sauce made with local pepper.
Ingredients

4g codfish

8 potatoes

2 dl of Olive oil
For the sauce

6 cloves garlic

3 dl of Olive oil
Preparation Method
- Boil the cod (optional) and fry it in olive oil;
- Sauté the chopped garlic and pepper, with the olive oil and tomato paste in a frying pan;
- Before cooling, add the vinegar. Before cooling, add the vinegar. Cover the cod with this sauce and accompany it with potatoes.
