Arnold Palmer ice cream
The combination of lemonade and black tea is a classic summer drink that quenches thirst. To help you cool off even more, we’ve turned it into a perfect frozen treat for any time of day.
Ingredients

470 ml unsweetened black tea, cold

350ml of water

Lemon slices, optional
Preparation Method
- Mix black tea with lemon extract.
- Add the black tea to a 10 ice cream mold. Introduce the tea into each cavity, filling it halfway or just under halfway. Place the ice-cream sticks in the mold.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Mix the lemonade. Add the water, lemon juice and sugar in a large measuring cup. Mix until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove the mold from the freezer. Fill the remaining space in each cavity with lemonade. Add a slice of lemon or half a slice of lemon if desired.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours.
