Acai Smoothie
With powerful antioxidants, fresh fruit, vanilla and honey, this acai bowl looks good! Mix up your morning routine with this simple blended treat that is sure to start a great day.
Ingredients

⅓ cup frozen acai puree

½ cup frozen berries such as blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and raspberries

1 plain greek yogurt

1 medium ripe and frozen banana

1 to 2 tablespoons of honey
Preparation Method
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with granola, sliced nuts and fresh fruit, as desired.
Notes:
A whole banana can be difficult to mix when frozen whole. Consider slicing the banana before freezing to make blending easier.
