Is a spicy sauce made from garlic, tomatoes, and dried red chili peppers cooked in olive oil. From this revenue base, each region has perfected over the years. In northern Italy they add speck, a lightly smoked ham typical of the Bolzano province; In Central Italy they add porcini mushrooms and in the south a few basil leaves. So, what will you add?
Ingredients:
Tomatoes 90%, peppers 5%, onion, sunflower oil, chili 1.1%, salt, acid: citric acid.

May contain traces of celery, milk, soy, nuts, fish and molluscs. Gluten free.

Once opened keep refrigerated and consume quickly.
