Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is made using age-old craft techniques. Produced from a mixture composed of grape must and a small percentage of wine vinegar. The aging takes place in oak barrels.
Il Tinello Orange Label Balsamic should only be added at the end of cooking to obtain a sweet and sour sauce. The aging process gives it a round and full flavour.
The young girl on each label demonstrates the different uses for each type of Balsamic Vinegar.
