A savoury seasoning for all Thai sautés. A vegetarian alternative to fish sauce.
Soy sauce is a liquid condiment of Chinese origin, made from soybeans, roasted cereal, water and sea salt, fermenting them with microorganisms.
This sauce is used to replace the salt, add aroma and enhance the colouring of the food.
Ingredients:
Water, SOYBEAN extract (SOYBEAN, WHEAT, water, salt) 30%, WHEAT flour, salt, sugar.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
Preparation Suggestion:
Cook 100 g pea pods, 6 asparagus shoots and 6 baby peaks in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Soak the cooked vegetables in cold water.
Cut the broccoli and the asparagus into halves. Reserve.
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Sauté 100 g of tofu (diced).
Add the cooked vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar and a little water.
Sauté until well cooked.
Stir in bean sprouts.
Serve with rice.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal to complement any type of sauce, for salads, for cooking, for marinades or as dipping for sushi.
