A Languedoc speciality, Brandade de Bacalhau is eaten hot mixed with mashed potatoes and grated cheese. You can also eat it cold with croutons for your appetisers.

After opening keep refrigerated and consume quickly.
Preparation Suggestion:
Mix the contents of the jar with mashed potatoes until you obtain a homogeneous paste. Add a small piece of butter and a little milk if necessary. Put the mixture in a dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and brown everything for 15 minutes.
