The refreshing flavour of yuzu is yours to wield with Yutaka’s yuzu citrus seasoning. Yuzu is a citrus fruit similar to lemon but slightly sweeter in flavour. Like lemon, yuzu is ideal for using in all sorts of sweet and savoury dishes, so try using this seasoning on grilled fish, chicken, salads, and desserts.

Yuzu juice (56%), Orange juice, Rice wine vinegar, Lemon juice concentrate (SULPHITES), Sugar, Antioxidant [Ascorbic acid], Thickener [Xanthan gum].
