No plate of sushi would be complete without a dollop of Yutaka Japanese Wasabi Paste, a relative of the horseradish. Fiery and spicy, wasabi paste is one of the main flavourings in Japanese food and is commonly served with sushi or sashimi.
Although not as harsh as horseradish, it’s still pretty fiery, so be careful not to use too much!
