Shirataki is a translucent, gelatinous Japanese noodle made with konjac flour (a common name for the East and Southeast Asian plant, which has an edible shoot). Ideal in stews, soups and stir-fries.
Ingredients:
Water, Konjac flour (3%), Firming agent: Calcium hydroxide.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within the same day.
