Very long, thin noodles, they are a different Asian type of vermicelli made from rice starch. This dried noodles should be soaked in hot water and then boiled for a few minutes before using.

Rice flour.
Preparation Suggestion:
Cook your noodles for 3 minutes in boiling water. Drain and rinse under tap water.
Usage Suggestions:
Used in stir-fries, soups, spring rolls or are deep-fat fried until crispy and then crumbled over salads
