Walker’s Stem Ginger Shortbread is the perfect balance of sugar and spice. The stem ginger shortbread is made using the same baking technique created by our founder – Joseph Walker – over 100 years ago.
Ingredients:
WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron niacin, thiamin), butter (MILK) (26%), candied stem ginger (19%), (stem ginger, sugar), sugar, ground ginger, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate. Made in Scotland with EU and non-EU ingredients.
