Product Description
UMAMI’s Italian black garlic is produced by a controlled aging process, without the addition of preservatives or chemical additives. The process is totally natural and takes place in an environment with controlled temperature and humidity for about 1 month at temperatures between 50°C and 80°C. This production technique greatly enhances the natural properties of garlic, changing color, flavor and texture. The aging process makes it extremely digestible, unlike fresh garlic.
In this hummus, the black garlic imparts a pleasantly balsamic and savory flavor.
Ingredients:
Chickpeas* 47%, olive oil, black garlic 9,9 %, sea salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid. *Origin Italy
Storage:
After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal to be consumed as it is as an aperitif, finger food spread on bread or canapés. Excellent to accompany meat or fish and vegetables.
