Ideal for a gourmet and original aperitif, this wafers are made from selected ingredients. The flour, butter and eggs come from the Hauts de France region.
Roquefort cheese is made from sheep’s milk in the Aveyron cellars. To make one kilo of Crackers you need more than 300g of Roquefort with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). A spoonful of honey is added and provides subtle balance to this characteristic cheese.
