Ras el hanout is a mixture of spices typical from Maghreb cuisine. The name means “the maximum of my kitchen”, is used to season tagines, couscous, rice or grilled meat. This famous seasoning has gained fame for being able to contain more than 30 ingredients in its composition.
A tangy, warm, salty and sweet taste, sweet and bewitching, with complex and harmonious notes.
Ingredients:
Ginger, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, coriander, allspice, brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, green cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, rose petals. Packed in France.
Storage:
Keep in a dry place.
Usage Suggestions:
Essential for tagines and couscous, however its warm spicy and enchanting flavours will also enhance all your Western dishes.
