These kaffir lime leaves are harvested by hand in Madagascar and then dried in the sun. They are widely used in Asian cuisine to flavor a dish of rice, sautéed meat or seafood. Kaffir lime leaves have aromas of lemon grass and citrus fruits that will enhance an Asian stew or dish. The leaves are used whole when cooking your dishes (soups, sauces, etc.) or crushed when used in a fish or poultry marinade.
Perfect combination: Asian preparations such as seafood with curry sauce, jasmine rice, hot soups or Thai noodle soup with chicken.
