Product Description
Terre Exotique selected the best vegetables and fish, then added the olive oil and a pinch of salt. Cook everything over low heat for several hours. Finally, they make a final filtration to obtain a creamy, colorful and tasty paste.
Dissolve some of the broth in hot water. For a sauce base, mix 3 tablespoons with 1 liter of hot water. For a cooking base (like broth for soup, meat stew or in the oven) add 2 tablespoons to 1 liter of water.

Preparation Suggestion:
Dissolve the product in hot water. With 100 g of this stock, obtain up to 3 liters of sauce.
