Exquisite truffle juice in pearls, obtained by direct extraction of the truffle during cooking. This product was created in 2010 and won the Trends and Innovation Award at the Sial in Paris. It is a product that symbolises Tartuflanghe’s continuous research and innovation.
Ideal to enrich hot and cold dishes. Excellent in finger food, sushi, sashimi, salmon, fresh cheeses, pasta dishes, fillets, carpaccio and meat and fish tartare, eggs, foie gras.
Ingredients:
Black winter truffle juice 50% (Tuber melanosporum, water, salt), water, SQUID-ink, thickener: sodium alginate, salt, flavour, acidifier: citric acid.
