Product Description
Pappadums are thin slices of dough, which are traditionally served as a side dish in countries like India, Sri Lanka and Nepal. Great with chutney or Indian curry.
Pappadums are usually fried or cooked at high temperatures. This variant has an addition of black pepper which gives it a peppery flavour.
Ingredients:
Urad flour (vigna mungo) 77%, water, salt, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, black pepper2%, corn oil, asafoetida.
Allergens:
May contain traces of sulfites.
Storage:
Store in a dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated in na airtight container ande use within 15days.
Preparation Suggestion:
Microwave: Heat on full power in 30sec. Pan: Fry in hot oil for 10sec on each side, then drain off the oil and serve. Grill/Oven: Toast under a very hot grill for 15 sec on each side until they bubble and are very lightly brown.
