Boletus is a genus of mushroom-producing fungi.
Porcini s a basidiomycete fungus, and one of the type species of the Boletus genus, not rare to find because they develop mainly in oak and chestnut groves, and can easily reach large dimensions.
Ingredients:
Dried Boletus mushrooms (Suilus luteus or granulatus), dried Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis), hand picked. Subject to desiccation.
Preparation Suggestion:
Rehydration instructions: Place in water for 30 minutes. Rinse in a slotted spoon and use as fresh mushrooms.
Usage Suggestions:
Goes with meat, poultry, pastas or vegetables dishes.
