Called “Rice of the Incas quinoa has been cultivated for more than 5,000 years BC. Quinoa is used as a cereal, although it is part of the chenopodiaceae, like spinach and beetroot.
A very complete source of protein, vitamins and antioxidants, it is also very easy to prepare. This mixture contains white, red and black quinoa. It can be combined as an accompaniment to cereals, vegetables, salad.
Ingredients:
White Quinoa, Red Quinoa and Black Quinoa.

May contain traces of gluten and soya.
Storage:
Store in a dry and fresh place away from light.
Preparation Suggestion:
Pour 160g of quinoa into 500ml boiling water and leave it to cook for about 10 minutes. Drain it, stir and season to taste.
