Bamboo rice is characterised by its unique pale green colour and its delicate flavour with herbal notes. It is rich in vitamin B and antioxidants.
After cooking, bamboo rice has a moist, sticky texture. It is therefore ideal in risottos or sushi. It can also be used as a side dish and will add a colourful and unique touch to all your dishes!

Preparation Suggestion:
Pour 120g of rice into 240ml boiling water and leave it to cook for about 20 minutes. Stir ans season to taste.
