Founded in 1997 by Fernando Sousa and Helena Sousa, the company Quintal dos Açores produces and sells taste and tradition using homemade recipes that have been in the family for many years.
Capucho jam produced in an artisanal way based on an old family recipe, made with capuchos (Physalis) from the fields of the Azores.

Physalis (70%) and sugar (30%).
