Product Description
Carefully selected by the Passanha family, the Quinta de São Vicente Sherry Vinegar 7°, is aged at least six months in oak barrels. Produced in the “Marco de Jerez” region, from Palomino grapes by the traditional “solera” method.
With its dark cinnamon colour and its sweet flavour, this intensely aromatic vinegar combines perfectly with Quinta de São Vicente olive oil.

Preparation Suggestion:
For a simple vinaigrette, thicken 2tbsp of QSV Red Wine Vinegar with 6tbsp of olive oil, add 1tsp of honey with a dollop of wholegrain mustard and season to taste.
Usage Suggestions:
Use it as a seasoning for Red Meats, roasted meats, under fresh fish or fried potatoes.
