Product Description
Arrabbiata Sauce is one of the most famous Italian sauces in the world. It is a spicy sauce made from garlic, tomatoes and dried red pepper cooked in olive oil. From this basic recipe, each region has perfected it over the years. In the north of Italy, speck, a raw and lightly smoked ham typical of the province of Bolzano, was added; in the centre of Italy Porcini mushrooms were added and in the south some basil leaves.
Ingredients:
Tomato (77%), onion, sunflower seed oil, salt, chili pepper, sugar,
pepper.
Allergens:
May contain traces of Milk and derivatives, celery, nuts.
Storage:
After opening, store inthe refrigerator under suitable hygienic conditions, closed with a lid, and consume within 2-3 days.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal with durum wheat pasta.
