Product Description
Piquillo Pepper is a variety of chili, popular in the cuisine of Navarre, the Basque Country and other regions of Spain. The shape of the fruit is triangular, not very large nor very fleshy, typically 7 cm long, with hard skin and a flaming red colour. The most habitual form of consumption is roasted in the wood oven. The flavour of the roasted pepper is slightly spicy and simultaneously sweet, distinct from all other peppers.

Ingredients:
Piquillo peppers, water, sugar, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), firming agent (calcium chloride).
Storage:
Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
Preparation Suggestion:
While they are cooked they should never come into contact with water, in order not to lose flavour and aroma.
Usage Suggestions:
Can be consumed almost without preparation, only with a little virgin olive oil.
