Product Description
Paelha, is a dish based on rice, typical of Valencian gastronomy. It was created by the peasants who going to the rice fields to work, added to the rice the ingredients from hunting and vegetables of the season. Later, with the arrival of Christopher Columbus to America, the tomato was added to the plate. Curiously, tradition says that the best paella is cooked in a wood-fired oven, preferably outdoors, by a man. But, Paella mainly needs the right rice to look wonderful: The Bomb Rice, used and grown in Spain, has a shorter and more rounded grain.

Store in a cool and dry place.
Preparation Suggestion:
1 glass of rice for 2 cups of meat or fish broth. Cooking time: 18 minutes.

Ideal para Paella.
