Brava salsa, also known as bravo sauce, is a Spanish recipe of spicy sauce. Salsa Brava sauce is present in almost all Spanish bars and restaurants, accompanied by the traditional bowl of French fries.
It is the protagonist of the popular recipe of patatas bravas, which consists in accompanying boiled potatoes in this sauce.

Tomato, sunflower oil, sugar, wine vinegar, salt, spices, garlic paste (garlic, salt, acid: citric acid), stabiliser (xanthan gum), toasted ALMONDS.
