Product Description
Mint sauce is a sauce traditionally made from finely chopped peppermint that could be uses In some recipes, in place of fresh mint.
In British and Irish cuisine it is traditionally used as a complement to roast lamb. In Tunisia a similar sauce is made out of dried mint and can be served with a méchoui, a mulukhiyah or as a base for a vinaigrette.
Sauces such as mint sauce were common throughout Medieval Europe, however, they became less common and mostly died out as Europe entered the Modern Era, in the early 16th century.
Ingredients:
Water, Modified maize starch, sugar, acidity regulator (acetic acid), mint (5%), Salt, Colour (E104, E133).

May contain traces of milk, soy, eggs, sulphites, celery and mustard.

Once opened consume within 1 months.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal for use with lamb and vegetables. Add a new twist to the new potatoes, vegetables, salads, chutney and raita.
