Pasco is one of the market leaders of award winning natural Indian sauces with an authentic taste and easy to prepare.
Pasco Balti Paste is a slightly hot but balanced combination of spices such as coriander, ginger, garlic, tomato puree, cumin, coconut, salt, parsley, chilli, mixed spices and turmeric powder.
Ingredients:
Rapeseed oil, tomato, water, Coriander, Ginger, Garlic, Modified Maize Starch, coconut, chilli powder, acidity regulator (Acetic Acid), turmeric powder, Garam Massala, cumin, parsley.
Allergens:
May contain traces of milk, soya, eggs, sulphites, celery and mustard.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened consume within 1 month.
Preparation Suggestion:
Fry 2 sliced onions until golden brown, add 500g meat or veg and fry for 2mins. Add 2tbspn of Pasco Balti Curry Paste and fry for a further 2mins. Add water if more sauce is required simmer on a low heat until meat or veg is cooked.
Usage Suggestions:
Use Pasco Pickled Lime (Mild) in main courses or as a dip with naan or pappadamus.
