Officers Smoked Cod Liver consists of extremely nice and large pieces of cod liver. The cod-liver pieces are carefully cleaned and inspected by experienced and competent hands. Next, the liver is smoked. The can is filled right up to the edge with liver and no oil is added. Should you discover that one tin may seem to contain less liver than another, this will be owing to discharge from the liver’s own natural oil during the preservation phase. A natural product completely free from additives and rich in Omega 3. A good alternative to expensive foie gras.
