Ingredients:
Cuttlefish Ink (MOLLUSK) (40%), Water, Salt, Thickener (sodium carboxymethylcellulose).
Allergens:
View ingredients in UPPER CASE. May contain traces of crustaceans, fish and milk.
Storage:
Store at room temperature. After open keep refrigerated and consume within 20 days.
Preparation Suggestion:
Dilute and add to the broth. 1g of cuttle ink per 100g of preparation.
Usage Suggestions:
Perfect for colouring and flavouring, useful as a seafood stock base for paellas and soups.
Used in traditional dishes like Arroz Negro (black rice).
