This jam is made from quinces produced in Portugal, more particularly in Beira Baixa (it contains only natural products). In order to obtain a jam different from the usual, we cut the fruit into small cubes resulting in a very nice jam/dessert.
Ingredients:
Quince (49%), sugar, lemon juice. Prepared with 49g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g.
Storage:
Store in a dry and cool place. Once opended consume within 30 days.
