With the Serra de Medro on the horizon, the Alentejo olive groves offer us year after year with olives of unparalleled quality. The Alentejo olive trees and their fruit are the center of attention. The fruit of the work throughout each year culminates in the harvest, where the best olives are selected in their optimal state of maturation. Only months later, after a natural curing process, you start to taste the first preserved olives, just like the ones inside this bottle. Nothing else enters this natural cure, apart from time, water, salt, oregano and bay leaf.
The Maçanilha Olive is green and ripe, of the monovarietal type, with very representative characteristics of the Algarve.
Cultivar predominantly used in canned, it is a tree of low vigor, medium arborescence, open size and very productive and regular. It is the most precocious and early in terms of maturation.
