Product Description
The Nevis Cockles in Brine are prepared with a previous manual selection of the best specimens, which then go through a natural purification process. After this phase they are canned by hand and with great care to maintain their integrity and texture.
Cockles can be consumed alone, at room temperature, directly from the can or used in seafood recipes.
It is recommended to accompany them with low aromatic dry white wines or with some wood, in addition to dry mallets. It also goes perfectly well with a cold drink like beer or cider.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening keep refrigerated and consume in 24hours.
