The vegetables are picked in season and fermented naturally for a minimum of four weeks to develop their flavour before being introduced to the final brine.
A selection of crunchy vegetables such as pickled cucumbers, red peppers, cauliflower florets, carrot slices and onions in red carrot juice. Inspired by the pink brines of the Middle East.
Ingredients:
Cucumbers, carrots, water, cauliflower, silverskin onions, red pepper, sugar, vinegar, salt, yellow MUSTARD seeds, purple (black) carrot juice concentrate, stabiliser: calcium chloride; natural flavouring (MUSTARD), colour: riboflavin; preservative: sodium metabisulphite (SULPHITES).

Storage:
Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks. Once removed do not put back into the jar.
