Mr Moris smoked salmon comes exclusively from salmon from selected Norwegian farms subsequently smoked using natural beech wood. Norwegian smoked salmon is a loved food by Italians and around the world. Mr. Moris chooses its salmon from selected Norwegian farms. The processing follows skilled hands and focuses in raw material selection to obtain soft, sweet, tasty and delicate meats.
Salmon is a source of proteins, vitamins, B6 and B12, thiamine, niacin, mineral salts, in particular phosphorus, selenium and omega 3 fatty acids. It is ideal for refined recipes, for risottos, simply on toasted whole meal bread with cream cheese.
