Mullet Butarga has always been one of the specialities of Sardinian gastronomy. It is made from the roe of certain fish (sea bream, bluefin tuna, mullet, etc.) which is salted and dried.
Grated mullet butarga preserves all its qualities and organoleptic characteristics. And they make it possible to speed up the preparation of first courses and sauces.
